- End User Class (8-10 hours) Upon completion of this 8 hour course, members will be proficient in the care, maintenance and operational use of the Petzl Exo and RIT devices.
- Train the Trainer (24 hours) This 3 day course is designed to authorize designated members to teach the “End User” course within their department.
- Annual Refresher (4-8 hours)
