Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, and USPS with shipping costs being calculated by the weight of the item(s) purchased, the method of shipping chosen at checkout, and the destination address. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
East Coast Rescue Solutions wants its customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and shopping experience so if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us for a return authorization within 7 days of receiving your item. Upon review we will email you a return authorization number and further instructions. Items that are eligible for return or exchange can be returned for a merchandise credit or exchange, less all shipping fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please note: returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Some items eligible for return will have a restocking of up to 20%. Custom orders are non-returnable. If you have any questions regarding which items will have a restocking fee and/or are not returnable, please contact us before purchasing.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order without incurring a cancellation charge. Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
*If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please notify East Coast Rescue Solutions within 24 hrs of receiving the item. We will email you a return authorization with instructions for returning the damaged or defective merchandise and send you a replacement free of shipping. **If your package appears to have been damaged in transit, please take pictures of damaged outer packaging as pictures will be needed to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
